Author’s Profile

Hi my name is Ruby Ortega and I am perusing a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and an Option in Marketing. I am a fourth year student here at CSU Channel Islands who will be graduating in the Spring of 2017. Currently I am a student assistant for the Technology and Communications department working for the Solution Center. In which, the Solution Center comprises of the campus’s call center and IT Help desk.

As an aspiring entrepreneur wanting to open my own cupcake bakery majoring in Business was a given. And along the way of being exposed to the many fields incorporated in the business world I  gained an interest in Marketing. Marketing has a perfect balance of
