SAGE was a success and now we are about to turn in our final thesis. Looking back over the course of the school year I am so proud of all the work that we accomplished, and there are some amazing projects that came out of this year’s capstone class. Also so excited to graduate!

Next Tuesday, February 2, 2016, Dr. Steele, Dorothy, & I are presenting our research on plastics at the next Surfrider Foundation Ventura General Meeting. Our research pairs well with Surfrider’s “Rise Above Plastics” campaign and I am excited to share what we’ve been working on.

I cannot believe that this semester is already almost over! There is so much to do between now and the end of the semseter. I am looking forward to getting more of my capstone research done and also to attending the Marine Mammal Conference in San Fransisco as soon as the semester ends. So far
